Self-serve
Lab notes
Follow the UGREEN server build, reuse the architecture patterns, and learn from the experiments without an account.
- Homeserver build logs
- Local LLM experiments
- Automation design patterns
- Failures and tradeoffs included
A small, practical second opinion
Send one local AI, homeserver, or automation plan. For $10, I'll review the shape of it and point out the first useful version, hidden risks, and unnecessary complexity.

Founding review
Get a focused asynchronous review before you spend a weekend installing the wrong stack or automating the wrong thing.
What the price covers
Not included: remote access to your server, hands-on installation, hardware troubleshooting, custom code, a live meeting, or ongoing support.
The founding price is $10 USD, excluding tax where applicable. I confirm fit and send payment instructions before starting.
How the review works
Explain the job, current setup, available server, and what success would look like.
Include privacy needs, services you already run, and anything that must stay untouched.
I map the data flow, failure points, smallest useful version, and likely overengineering.
You receive a written recommendation and can ask one focused follow-up question.
Reserve a review
The best request describes a real recurring problem, not a shopping list of AI tools.
This is deliberately small and asynchronous so the founding price can stay at $10. Implementation or ongoing support would be a separate conversation.
Review FAQ
No. Describe the goal and architecture without sharing credentials, private data, public IP addresses, or remote access.
The review can flag obvious resource mismatches, but it is not a hardware benchmark or purchasing consultation. Include the hardware you already have.
No. The $10 scope is the architecture and first-step review. Hands-on implementation would need separate scope.
You bring one clearly described idea and receive a concise asynchronous response. There is no live call, server access, installation, or open-ended support.
